Log it Fix it Guides

​The Log it/Fix it platform is used to report problems and request services directly from Council.

Requests for service can include items such as damaged footpaths, potholes, illegal dumping, parking, or graffiti just to name just a few.

You can access Log it/Fix it from our Quick link icons on Councils webpage.

You will be presented with the following Key Word Request Category Search.

This search lets you filter relevant categories for your request. You can also scroll through the full list or perform an advanced search. For instance, if you are investigating illegal parking, start typing 'Parking,' and any category containing 'park' will appear in the dropdown.

Once you select the appropriate category, please ensure that you read the information in relation to that request.

Please fill in all relevant request details. Please provide as much detail to assist us in actioning your request adequately.

Fields marked with a red * (star) are mandatory. If these fields are not completed, the request cannot be submitted.

Some service requests need location details. Please provide an accurate location for effective assistance.

To add supporting photos, drag and drop your attachments and click "Add."

Most requests can be submitted anonymously. If you choose this option, you won’t receive updates, and it may affect how the Council addresses your request.

If you wish to be notified, select the option to be notified

Then select the “Email” or “SMS” option, for how you wish to be notified.

Note: You must have completed the contact information in the previous section for the notification to work. Once you hit "Submit” you will be issued with a tracking reference. If you have requested to be notified, you will receive confirmation of this tracking reference as an SMS or Email.
