Step-by-Step guide for multilingual access on mobile

Please follow the steps below to configure your phone's settings and enable multilingual access.
 

iPhone users

(Note: In settings, a second language should already have been added)

When the user is at "Log a request" page.

  • Step 1: Click on "AA" on the bottom left corner of the page.

  • Step 2: Click on the "Translate Website" option.

Android users

When the user is at "Log a request" page.

  • Step 1: Click on the ellipses("...") on the top right corner of the page.

  • Step 2: Click on the 'Translate' option.

  • Step 3: Choose the preferred language.

Return to Log it / Fix it page.
