NSW Seniors Festival is back on for 2025! Join us as we celebrate NSW Seniors Festival 2025, from Monday 3 March to Sunday 16 March. This year’s theme is Time to Shine – an opportunity to celebrate seniors in the Georges River community and spotlight the organisations supporting our local community. This year Council will hold events and promote important initiatives throughout the two-week period to celebrate the local seniors community.
Join us to learn more about Georges River Council's grants programs, with a focus on how to apply for the current round. This information session is free and held as part of NSW Seniors Festival and is designed specially for seniors or organisations running projects for seniors. Date: Monday 3 March 2025. The Seniors Expo includes dozens of stalls connecting seniors to resources, a seniors concert, informative workshops and demonstrations on safe and healthy ageing and interactive arts and Hurstville Museum & Gallery tours. Our Baby Explorers program is designed for parents and carers of babies 12 months and under for a guided tour of the current Main Gallery exhibition at Hurstville Museum & Gallery.
