The NSW Seniors Festival is back for 2026! Join us as we celebrate the NSW Seniors Festival from Monday 2 March to Sunday 15 March 2026. The 2026 theme is 'Live life in colour'. Together we will recognise our vibrant Georges River seniors community. Council will hold events and initiatives throughout the festival to celebrate local seniors. Join us at the Seniors Expo for a fun day of celebration for local seniors. Enjoy performances, information workshops, health checks and lots of free activities! The expo will also connect you with community organisations supporting seniors in Georges River.

As part of the NSW Seniors Festival, this beginner-friendly workshop invites seniors to explore watercolour for capturing the essence of place. Bring a photo of a landscape that matters to you (even just on your phone). Use your favourite landscape to learn foundational watercolour techniques and translate it onto paper.
