Learn how to access different energy and utilities rebates that you may be entitled to.

This information session is especially relevant for people who hold a concession, healthcare, or pension card, but is open to all. Facilitated by Service NSW, this information session will teach you about a wide range of State Government rebates, discounts and bill support for electricity, gas, and water services. Bring along your recent utility bills to reference throughout the information session.
 
Following the presentation there will be Q and A session where you can ask all your bill related questions.

  • For participants under the age of 16, parents and/or guardians of children must remain in the library for the duration of the program.

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the advertised start time and there are people in the standby queue, your ticket may be allocated to the standby queue.

  • If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration at least 3 hours prior to the event. As Library Programs have limited spaces, repeated failure to notify staff of cancellations may result in bookings being refused in the future.

  • The library does not endorse or promote any products which may be used in the workshop.
