Hurstville Museum & Gallery offers flexible group booking options, either on-site and for your venue.

Planning to visit with five or more people? Please complete the booking form. This helps us prepare for your group and avoid clashes with other activities. There is no cost—we look forward to welcoming you.

Guided on-site programs (Fees apply)

Book a staff-led session for a more engaging, hands-on experience.

Available programs:

  • Main Gallery Tour
    Adults | 30 minutes | Minimum 10 people | $5.50 per person.

  • Early Learning Centre: Private Session
    Ages 3–5 | 1 hour 15 minutes | 10–15 children | $7.00 per child.
    Includes a monthly themed activity.

  • Reminiscing Session
    Seniors | 30 minutes | 10–15 people | $5.50 per person.
    Carers attend free

  • Light Refreshments (optional add-on)
    Plus 30 minutes | Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits | $2.50 per person.

Museum on the Move (Fees apply)

Bring Hurstville Museum & Gallery to you! Our ‘Museum on the Move’ kits make it easy to explore history and creativity in your own space.

Available kits:

  • Historical Costumes for Children Kit
    Includes 5 costumes (size 8) | 4-week loan | $70.00 per kit.

  • Reminiscing Kits
    Designed for seniors | 4 themed options | 4-week loan | $70.00 per kit.
