>What will happen to my existing bookings?
If you have a current booking for a venue, your booking will be transferred to the new online booking system.
For peace of mind, you can cross reference your Event Sheet (old system) to your Booking Details PDF attachment, or under the “My Bookings” section of your registered account.

>How do I Login?
To use the Online Booking system for the first time you need to Register an account. Council will verify your account and provide an email to confirm once it's active.
If you are registering as part of an organisation you only need to register the Organisation once. Then add other users via My Accounts function.

>Do I have to make an account?
You can book a park, sports field or venue as a guest or with a registered account.
Having a registered account allows you to easily manage bookings and track historical bookings.

>Forgotten my Password
To access the Online Booking System click the Login button and enter your registered email address and password.
If you forget your password click the Forgot my Password button and the system will prompt you to set a new password.

>Can I check the availability of a park or sports field?
Use the Online Booking System to check if a park, sports field or community centre venue is available to hire prior to placing a booking.

Login and select the park or sports field venue or community hall venue you wish to hire.

Enter the booking date and time required, or scroll across the timeline to check available times.

>How do I pay for my booking?
Payment options are listed on the last page of the Invoice sent to you within the Confirmation Email.

>Can I make changes to my booking?
Changes can be made up until payment is made. Please refer to your Confirmation Email for the payment due date.
After payment is made, any requested changes must be submitted to Council via email.
All requests will be reviewed prior to approval. You will be notified of the outcome via email.

>How do I cancel a booking?
You can cancel your booking by following the booking links in your booking Confirmation Email. Just click ‘Cancel Booking’ in the top right corner.

>Can I book multiple dates and times for a park, sports field or venue?
Yes, you can check the venue's calendar for current availability.
Alternatively, contact us to enquire about our Community Centre Calendar Release (bookings for 2025/26 FY currently open) and our Seasonal Sports Fields and Facilities Expressions of Interest.

>How do I get a refund?
Community Centres and Halls:
Cancellations with the following notice periods have the below outcomes:

4 Weeks or more: 100% refundable.

Less than 4 weeks – 2 weeks: Council retains 50% of total venue hire fee.

Less than 2 weeks prior to event date: Council retains 100% of total venue hire fee.
Refunds can take up to 3 weeks to process.*
