Blue and red make purple. Yellow and blue make green. What other colours can we make? Play, sort and create with different colours.

Practising motor and sensory skills through stories, music, exhibitions, art and craft.

Our Mini Maker program aims to engage children aged 3-5 years and their parent or carer to learn and develop skills together.

Each month we will use sensory processes to practice motor skills, having fun with stories, songs, and art and craft. Grown-ups are encouraged to participate and guide their little one through the session to learn and grow together.

Two repeated sessions (morning and afternoon) will take place. Morning session is currently sold out.

$8.50 for one adult and one child.

  • Programs are designed for specific age groups, and children must meet the age requirements stated in the program description.
  • Due to class size restrictions, younger siblings are not permitted in the activity.
  • Programs are supervised by qualified staff.
  • Parents and carers must stay and participate for the duration of the session.
  • No refunds for cancellations or missed bookings.
  • Program swapping is not permitted.
  • Online bookings incur booking fees and surcharges.
  • While all reasonable precautions are taken, participation in the program is at the participants’, parent/guardian’s own risk.
  • The museum and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the program unless caused by gross negligence.
  • Mini Maker takes place on the fourth Saturday of the month unless otherwise advertised.
