Refugee Week Story Time at Oatley Library

This is a Council led event.

17/06/2025 - Oatley Library

Refugee Week in Australia this year runs between Sunday 15 June to Saturday 21 June and is a time for all Australians to learn, reflect and celebrate the experiences and contributions of Refugees.

This year’s theme is ‘Finding Freedom: Diversity in Community’ and aims to shed light on the vital role community plays in all our lives, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, language, disability, sexuality and age.

Come along to Georges River Libraries for our special Refugee Week themed story times! Join us as we read stories, promote awareness, and celebrate the experiences and contributions of refugees.
