Learn coding and the foundation of robotics in our after school series, suitable for children age 5-8 years old. 
 
Meet KUBO!
This cute little robot provides everything your child needs to get started on coding and computational thinking. Kubo will allow children to learn how to code a robot through TagTile® programming language in a variety of ways including, building pathways, and solving puzzles.
 
Program dates:

  • Monday 2 June 2025.
  • Monday 16 June 2025.
  • Monday 23 June 2025.
  • Monday 30 June 2025.

*Note: there is no program on Monday 9 June 2025 due to the public holiday.

Spaces are limited so bookings are essential. With this booking, you will be booked into all four sessions.

More information 

  • All materials and equipment will be provided, including a stitch sampler and tote bag to take home at the conclusion of the course.

  • ​For participants aged 10 years and under, parents and/or guardians of children must remain in the library for the duration of the program.  

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the advertised start time and there are people in the standby queue, your ticket may be allocated to the standby queue. 

  • If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration at least 3 hours prior to the event. As Library Programs have limited spaces and repeated failure to notify staff of cancellations, bookings may be refused in the future. 

  • The library does not endorse or promote any products which may be used in the workshop.
