Looking for professional development to upgrade your job skills and productivity? Join us in this workshop to get up to speed with PowerPoint, the popular presentation software that is a valuable tool for most roles. Allow library staff to guide you through creating a presentation using PowerPoint.
 
You will learn how to:

  • Create and save a new presentation.

  • Use a theme or template.

  • Add remove and arrange slides.

  • Add images.

  • Add video, audio and animation to slides.

Whether you are new to the job market, enhancing your skills for your current role or looking to take the next step in your career development, our Job Shift workshops will enhance your job skills and efficiency.

More Information 

  • For participants under the age of 16, parents and/or guardians of children must remain in the library for the duration of the program.  

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the advertised start time and there are people in the standby queue, your ticket may be allocated to the standby queue. 

  • If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration at least 3 hours prior to the event. As Library Programs have limited spaces, repeated failure to notify staff of cancellations may result in bookings being refused in the future.
