A scheduled system upgrade will take place from 8.00pm on Saturday 18 July 2026 to 4.00am on Sunday 19 July 2026 (AEST).

If you need to complete an application, request, payment or other online transaction, please do so before the scheduled maintenance begins.

Services unavailable

The following services will be temporarily unavailable during this time:

  • Planning Certificates.

  • Development Tracking.

  • Online Services, including payments and Log It / Fix It requests.

  • Neighbourhood Maps.

 

What this means for you

During the upgrade, you will not be able to do the following:

  • Access online services.

  • Submit requests or applications.

  • Complete online transactions.

  

Services will be restored as soon as the upgrade is complete.
