Waste Services

Please call the Waste Hotline on 1800 079 390 to report the following.

Please call the Waste Hotline on 1800 079 390 for any enquiries regarding your kerbside household bin service, including bin replacement, bin repairs, missed collection services, collection spillages and any other enquiries regarding your kerbside household bin service.

  • Missed, lost, stolen or damaged bins.
  • Delayed collection services.
  • Spilt material from a collection service.

The Waste Hotline operates from 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
