Learn to Play Star Wars Roleplaying Game

This is a Council led event.

05/05/2025 - Clive James Library, Kogarah.

Explore a galaxy far, far away in the library while you learn to play the Star Wars Roleplaying Game.

On the fifth of May, learn to play the Star Wars Roleplaying Game in this Mexican cantina-inspired adventure set on Tatooine.

The Mex Eisley Cantina is a bright spot in a wretched hive of scum and villainy, until scoundrels steal Abuela’s secret taco recipe with aims to sell it to the highest bidder. Help the cantina owners recover their family recipe as you meet and battle some of the desert planet’s most dangerous and famous criminals.

During this session, you will learn:

  • The basic rules of Star Wars Roleplaying Game (Fantasy Flight edition).
  • How to use your character sheet and the game's specialised dice.
  • How to work as a team in a roleplaying game.

Whether you’re new to roleplaying games or looking for a friendly group, Georges River Libraries has an exciting Tabletop RPG program to help you get experience in a new hobby and learn to work together with new friends in a collaborative storytelling adventure.
