Georges River Writes: Write Tang & Modern Poetry (In Mandarin)

Join poet and president of the Sydney Yuxuan Poetry Association, Shaun Xiaochun Liang, and learn to write Tang and Modern poetry.
In the first half of the class you will learn basic knowledge of traditional Tang-style or regulated verse poetry. The second half of the class will be an introduction to Modern or free verse poetry. This class is presented in Mandarin.
This event is suitable for ages 16 years and over.
About the facilitator:
Shaun Xiaochun Liang is an author and poet, and president of the Sydney Yuxuan Poetry Association. He is a long-term resident of Kogarah and his migration story features in the first book of the Australia Chinese New Arts Society Too Blue to be True collection, currently available at Georges River Libraries.
