Notice of Intention to Grant a Lease In accordance with Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993, notice is given of Council’s intention to grant a Lease on community land, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Land: 65/23-27 MacMahon Street, Hurstville as part of Lot 65 SP58395.
Use: Community Use.
Lessee: Allawaw Aboriginal Corporation.
Term: 5 Years.

Submissions to the proposal must be made in writing and addressed to the General Manager, Georges River Council via email: mail@georgesriver.nsw.gov.au.

Submissions must be received by Council no later than Friday 27 December 2024.
