Expressions of interest now open - non-exclusive licence agreement of a public amenities building storeroom - 9 Morshead Drive, Connells Point

Expressions of Interest (EOI) are now open for eligible not-for-profit community sporting organisations for the Non-Exclusive Licence Agreement Public Amenities Building Storeroom. Located at Poulton Park, 9 Morshead Drive, Connells Point.

Council is offering a Non-Exclusive Licence Agreement for a term of five (5) years.

An on-site inspection of the Storeroom at Poulton Park will be available on Tuesday 7 January 2025 at 10.00am.

Submissions can be made from Wednesday 18 December 2024, via the VendorPanel website.

Submissions close on Tuesday 14 January 2025, at 5.00pm.
