Job Shift: LinkedIn Learning – Creating a PowerPoint Presentation (Council Led Event)

Looking for professional development to upgrade your job skills and productivity? Join us in this workshop to get up to speed with PowerPoint, the popular presentation software that is a valuable tool for most roles. Allow library staff to guide you through creating a presentation using PowerPoint and LinkedIn Learning, available free with your library card.

You will learn how to:

  • Create and save a new presentation.
  • Use a theme or template.
  • Add remove and arrange slides.
  • Add images.
  • Add video, audio and animation to slides.

Whether you are new to the job market, enhancing your skills for your current role or looking to take the next step in your career development, our Job Shift workshops will enhance your job skills and efficiency.
 
All materials and equipment will be provided. No previous experience is necessary.

This event is suitable for ages 16 years and over.
