Get up to date information about Aged Care and how to access it and what you are entitled to.

This Information Session will cover pertinent topics relating to Aged Care including:

• Determining care needs.
• My Aged Care overview.
• Services Australia and My Aged Care support.
• How to access My Aged Care.
• Types of Care: Commonwealth Home Support Program; Home Care Program; Short Term Care; Residential Aged Care.
• Services Australia: General service offer and ACSO (Aged Care Specialist Officer).
• How to book appointment.
• My Aged Care online access.
• The information session will be followed by a Question and Answer section at the end.

Services Australia supports Australians by efficiently delivering high-quality, accessible services, payments, and information on behalf of the government.

This is an English presentation. However, will be provided in Mandarin (Chinese) interpreting.

This session is suitable for all ages.
