EOIs now open - Licence Agreement of Riverwood Park Public Amenities Building Storeroom

Expressions of Interest (EOIs) are now open from eligible not-for-profit community organisations for a licence agreement for a Storeroom within the Riverwood Park Public Amenities building (currently vacant).

Georges River Council is seeking EOIs from eligible community groups to enter into a property licence agreement for a community facility located at Riverwood Park – Public Amenities Building Storeroom (currently vacant), at 79 Coleridge Street, Riverwood.

Council is offering a non-exclusive property Licence for up to one (1) year period.

An on-site inspection of the storeroom for EOI applicants will be available on Friday 23 February 2024 at 10:00am.

Submissions can be made from Friday 9 February 2024 via the VendorPanel eForm

Submissions close 5pm, Friday 8 March 2024.
