STEM After School - Term 3 - Inside Out (Council Led Event)

31/07/2024 - Clive James Library and Service Centre, Kogarah

This event is fully booked. Please register to join the waitlist below.

Join us for a new and exciting series of STEM Afterschool hands-on discovery activities for children aged 8-12 years. Each week we will be covering a new theme with a number of investigations and constructions.

Inside Out
Experience life from the inside out! In this workshop we use dissection techniques to explore the structure and function of external and internal anatomy. Apply your observation skills and critical thinking to explain how these features keep an organism alive.

About the Facilitator
Children's Discovery create opportunities for children and their families to engage in life-long learning experiences. Our work is backed by research showing how early interventions, that spark imagination, build children's confidence, communication, collaboration, creativity and a can-do attitude.
