School Holiday Activity: Rock Climbing Wall (Council Led Event)

Whether you're a first-time climber or have scaled walls before, join the team from Base Zero and have a go at the rock climbing wall. Participants will be guided through the basics of climbing and safety techniques before taking a turn at conquering the wall.
Rock climbing supports social, physical, and mental growth by increasing strength, endurance, and problem-solving skills, and building confidence and self-esteem.
Test your limits and conquer new heights!
About the Facilitator:
Base Zero is a Mobile Adventure Company. They help children be brave and take on a challenge so they can be proud of themselves.

This is a drop-in event, bookings are not required.

- This activity is suitable for ages 4 years and over.
- No previous experience required, there are specially designed routes to cater to all abilities.
- Participants must sign a risk waiver before climbing.
- To participate in this event, you must be over 91cm tall and weigh at least 20 kilograms and no heavier than 120 kilograms.
- Enclosed shoes must be worn.
