Healthy Minds & Wellbeing Expo – Open to All!

Looking for a fun and engaging way to boost your mental health and wellbeing? Come along to the Healthy Minds & Wellbeing Expo.

This free event is open to everyone, and it brings together a variety of service providers and wellness activities aimed at improving mental, physical, and emotional health.

What to Expect:

  • Service Provider Stalls: Discover a range of local mental health and wellbeing services, gather helpful resources, and connect with professionals.
  • Fun activities for all ages such as:
    • Yoga and Mindfulness: Relax your mind and body with a guided session.
    • Face Painting: Fun for the kids (and the young at heart!).
    • Art and Craft: Get creative with hands-on activities.
    • Physical Exercise Groups: Energise yourself with group workouts designed for all fitness levels.
    • Bike n Blend: Pedal your way to a healthy smoothie! Enjoy a refreshing drink made from your own cycling power.
    • Fun Nutrition Activities: Engage in interactive sessions that teach healthy eating habits while having fun.
    • Special Guest – The Illawarra Dragons: Join the Dragons as they facilitate NRL activities for both kids and adults—don’t miss the chance to win a prize by having a go at the Pass the Ball Board!
  • Free BBQ: Enjoy a delicious barbecue as you explore the event!
  • Lucky Door Prize: Be in the running to win exciting prizes (up to a $100 gift card) just by attending and providing feedback!
